Maria Luisa Galaviz was born on March 12, 1959, in Durango, Mexico, to Antonia Montiel and to Miguel Quiones, the sister of Francisco, Marta and Angelica Montiel. Beloved wife of Jorge Galaviz; cherished mother of Chacel Galaviz and Jorge Galaviz Jr. Maria will be remembered as The Warrior who changed the World.
Visitation will be on Tuesday from 1:00 – 9:00 PM at Friedrichs Funeral Home, 320 W. Central Road (at Northwest Highway), Mount Prospect, IL. Memorials may be made to the family.
