Beloved son of Ron and Renee Brummitt nee Grossman; loving brother of Allison Brummitt; devoted grandson of Leroy and Elaine Brummitt, Rayona Olszewski and the late Ronald Grossman and Patty and John Heishman; dear nephew of Jeff (Lilla) Brummitt, Melissa (Jason) Fox, Nina (Vince) Eslick and Daniel Grossman; fond cousin of Alyssa and Nicholas Brummitt and Katie Eslick. Jake is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

Visitation Saturday September 1, 9:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass 10:00 a.m. at St. Raymond de Penafort Church, Elmhurst Rd., (Rt 83) & Lincoln St., Mt. Prospect, IL 60056.
